Aysenur Senyer has been working as Director of Access & Transport Networks Engineering for O2  Telefónica in Germany since 2021. She is a passionate leader, driving many industry-first implementations, taking different leadership roles in major telecom operators and leading technology vendors, building up mobile (5G/4G) and fixed (Fiber/IP MPLS) networks. 

In her current role at O2 Telefónica, she drives the Radio and Transport network evolution enabling the basis for the Network of the Future. Today, O2 Telefónica is one of the industry’s leading operators on cloudification, automation and digitalization. She holds a certification in co-active coaching (CPCC) and is a strong believer of diversity and inclusion in professional life.
