Dr. Michael Langer
Head of Network Quality – Vodafone Group

Michael Langer joined Vodafone in 2019 where he is responsible for the Network Quality function in the Group Network organisation. Prior to this he led the Network Engineering division of Unitymedia and the International Testing Centre of Liberty Global.

Michael holds a PhD in Physics and started his business career in the telco industry. He brings a broad experience across many technology domains in mobile and fixed networks as well as TV and broadband service platforms. With more than 25 years in the telecommunications industry he served in different leadership roles at Alcatel-Lucent (Nokia) and T-Mobile.
